Founded in 1999, Maochang Vehicle & Ship Subassembly Manufacturing C o., Ltd. is located by the bank of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and in the north suburb of the ancient city Yangzhou. With Beijing-Shangha i Expressway running across the region where it is located and only 2~3 hours of car drive from the region to Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou, the company enjoys highly convenient communications. The company covers a land area of over 18000 square meters with the building area up to 5000 square meters. It boasts full series of production equipment and facilities, and has passed the certification ISO9001:2000 in 2002.
Our company has several years of experience in the manufacture of elevating load binders for auto spare tyres. Currently, our company has over 50 employees including 6 techncial & engineering staffs. Ours consists of market department, financial department, technical & quality department and production department, which has metal processing workshop, punching, electrical appliances, coating and general assembling workshops under its control. All our products are subject to strict pull test, fatigue test, delivery inspection before delivery. We have served as supplier to about 20 automobile manufacturers; and our products are well received by them.
Our major products are the subassemblies for ships, mainly including U-shaped pipe clamps (with or without liners), U-shaped supporting brackets of aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel, heavy-duty or light-duty ladder-shaped supporting brackets, Z steel, U steel, supporting pieces, pull wire cabinets, junction boxes, stainless steel lampshade, etc. We serve as supplier to many shiyards inside the country. Our products have once be used in 175,000 ton ship of Waigaoqiao Shipyard, 74,500 ton ship of Jiangnan Shipyard, Aerospace Measurment ship, liquified gas carrier, chemical ships of 1100TEU,37300WT,25000DWT of Jinling Shipyard, war ships A380, and are well received by the users.
